These wall works refer to man’s uninvolved attitude toward absurd situations. While we would rather expect pearls in oysters, Odilon and Siméon find pearls in mussels. Eager rather than suspicious, the duo would rather make necklaces with these pearls. Hortension, the fish, is also featured in this work. His presence is a nod to GMOs.
