And suddenly all the puzzle pieces fell together….
Nothing starts from nothing.
To begin with, there was a strong and loving team (couple): Isabelle, who paints herself, and Thomas, who works in film. A beautiful historic building, which had the right space, came their way… And then there was the long-standing passion for art, and lots of gusto. Thus Answer to a Wall was born as a gallery.
Why wait…. All was well. With a few artist friends, they got started. Together with a stylist, each new setting was drawn out, striving to create a dialogue between the works and provide a new experience for the visitor. Meanwhile, Answer to a Wall grew into a respected art gallery, with a close-knit community of artists, some more internationally known than others. The works radiate a positive vibe and energy, and that makes Answer to a Wall a lively place, where you can enter without any threshold fear.
We also organize regular events and meet-and-greets between the artists, where collectors/visitors can dialogue with each other.
